We do not store guests’ personal data on the website, we do not run our own booking system, and we do not publish detailed arrival instructions publicly.
Access street
The access street is narrower. For motorhomes, access is usually manageable; for longer caravan combinations, we recommend checking the route in advance on a map or Street View. Detailed arrival instructions are sent after booking confirmation.

Is the calendar binding?
No. The calendar is indicative, and we confirm the date only after agreement.
When is the booking confirmed?
We usually reply to booking requests within a few minutes. If we are out of signal or in a situation where we cannot respond immediately, the reply may take a little longer.
I do not have the Bezkempu app. How can I book?
You can arrange a booking directly via WhatsApp or phone. We will then add the date manually to the availability calendar.
Why is there no form?
To avoid collecting personal data unnecessarily on the website, we handle bookings via Bezkempu, WhatsApp or phone.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival and departure are self-service. You can arrive any time after 14:00 on the day of arrival; please depart no later than 13:00. Detailed arrival instructions are sent individually after booking confirmation.
How does payment work for a direct booking?
After the date is confirmed, we will send you payment details or a QR code individually. By arrangement, cash payment in CZK or EUR is also possible.
